Why do I need to regularly maintain my website?

A regularly maintained website keeps it secure and updated. Having a team that can quickly make changes to your website allows you as a business owner or marketing professional to focus on the bigger picture items. It also saves money by not having to hire a full-time or part-time developer.

Do you support WordPress and Drupal?

Yes we support WordPress and Drupal. Most of our existing clients use WordPress and Drupal as their content management system (CMS).

What do the tasks cover?

The tasks cover any changes to the website that take 1 hour or less to complete. Tasks include but not limited to: content changes, SEO improvements, meta tag adjustments, small functionality additions, css changes, and more.

Will you make WordPress & Drupal security updates under the start-up plan?

Yes we will but we will charge each update as 1 task. Usually it is done once a month under the Start-up plan unless there are major security threats.

How do I start using your website maintenance services?

To start using our website maintenance services simply pick a plan and then we will contact you for next steps. You will be added to our system and gain access to our ticketing system to start submitting tasks. You can also request site audits, new features, or even new projects.

What if I something complicated beyond the tasks allocated a month?

We will give fair estimates for any tasks that fall beyond the included tasks a month. Past examples have been new projects such as new standalone websites, new mobile apps, and new custom software. Also any new major functionality to the website that requires more than 1 hour will be given as an estimate.

Is my data secure on your dedicated servers?

Yes your data is secure when it is on our hosting platform. We use dedicated servers and practice all best practices for keeping your website and data secure. If you prefer to keep your existing hosting then we will still do our best to follow all best practices to help secure the data but we can not make any guarantees unless it is hosted on our own dedicated servers.

Can anyone select the enterprise plan?

Yes anyone can use the enterprise plan. It is best for using our team on an ad-hoc basis. You only pay for completed tasks. The other plans are discounted for companies and individuals that need the same amount of tasks completed a month.

How many changes can I make to my website?

As many as you like. Every plan includes at least 1 free task a month and the Small Business includes 2. If you need more tasks we will bill at the end of the month and give a discount based on the plan.

How long does it take to complete a maintenance request?

Requests can be completed in a few hours and usually no more than 24 hours from when it is requested. It depends on the time of day the task is submitted and the complexity of the task. We make every effort to complete the tasks as quickly as possible.

How can I request support for my website maintenance?

Once you pick a plan then you will be able to access our dashboard to start submitting tickets. You can also submit a ticket at any time by emailing support@codebru.com.

How often can I communicate with your team during the maintenance process?

You can email us and setup calls as much as you like but please be aware that we reserve the right to subtract a task for phone calls. The first on-boarding call is free but after that we will charge a task based on the amount of time.

Can I really cancel at any time?

Yes you can cancel at anytime.
